At the bottom of the page is a link to my method for solving Rubik's Cube (The Salvia Method), and at the top of the page are links to pages for my last-level corner algorithms (Visual CLL), and my last-level edge algorithms (Visual ELL). All of the algorithms here are original with me and both pages are a work in progress. Many of the solutions are fewest-possible-move algorithms while some are not. I hope to add more efficient solutions in the future.
After the first two levels are done, the last level is finished by solving the corners first, then the edges. Several of the corners' algorithms also rearrange and/or flip over last-level edges. Once the corners are solved the edges are solved without any other part of the cube changing.
My notation has two differences from other notations:
- I use "Q" for cube. For example, QU2 means rotate the cube in your hand 180 degrees as you would turn the Up side.
- All the lower case letters are middle layers. For example, "r" is the center slice between the "R" side and the "L" and it is turned in the same direction as the "R" side is turned.
- An upper case letter refers to a side of the cube regardless of its color. "U" for Up, "D" for Down, "R" for Right, "L" for Left, "F" for Front, and "B" for Back.
- A letter alone (like R) means turn that side clockwise 90 degrees. A letter with a single quotation mark (like L') means turn that side counter-clockwise 90 degrees. A letter with a "2" (like U2) means turn that side 180 degrees.
